The course is designed for non-biology majors. It consists of weekly lecture modules and a weekly lab session. 
Spring 2026: Unflipped, hybrid class to incorporate updates
Spring 2022, 2023, and 2025: Flipped class with online lectures, in-person activities, and in-person labs. 
Spring 2021: Asynchronous online lectures, two in-person lab sections, and two online and synchronous lab sections. 
Spring 2019: The class was comprehensively redesigned and moved to an active learning classroom

Workshop on transcriptome data analysis in non-model plants

​I design and co-teach a half-day workshop on transcriptome data analysis in non-model plants in society meetings.
